Adventure: A supporting consultant relationship is a unique, remarkable and thus not routiniseable performance. This unforeseeableness is for me somehow like a highly civilized adventure that is concerned with getting to know enterprises and people and orientating itself quickly. - One-on-one coaching of executives, personality development, and supervising teams
Systemic: A special candour characterizes the systemic onset, nearly everything finds its place in the systemic image of the world. It is about cultural variety, about interdisciplinarity, about integrating the former excluded and about extending the perspectives.
