Adventure: A supporting consultant relationship is a unique, remarkable and thus not routiniseable performance. This unforeseeableness is for me somehow like a highly civilized adventure that is concerned with getting to know enterprises and people and orientating itself quickly. Thereby, I get to know the world and receive very special views of social, economical and individual backgrounds.

- One-on-one coaching of executives, personality development, and supervising teams
