Change Management

One of the main fields of our work includes complex issues arising during the organizations transformation processes. Naturally, we also deal with these issues on a theoretical level.

In this field of research we deal with the following issues:

  • Conceptual-historical foundations of Change Management (from Organizational Development to Change Management)
  • Developing an adequate concept of Change Management for osb-i
  • A survey of existing and methodological foundations and those yet to be developed (from generally applicable to situation-specific methods)
  • And finally, the evaluation of work papers for consulting processes and education
