Energy for change arises when the view of a problematic situation is shared and the desired goal is commonly accepted by each individual in a community. For me, building up and sustaining this energy is one of the greatest challenges in change processes that executives have to face. They need to be prepared for this challenge even more so as they themselves are often involved in these changes.
