Change processes mean leaving your previous “home” and setting off for a rather hazy destination. The path there takes you through little-known territory with risks that the individual cannot assess in advance. On the way, you encounter lots of unexpected occurrences. The path is mastered by a combination of innovative, situation-orientated reactions and persevering in following agreed goals and procedures. It often takes longer than expected and by the time you have reached your destination, it will have changed everyone involved.
