Systemic Strategic Development

For a long time, strategic planning was regarded as a time consuming, expert-dominated business. Today, it is widely accepted that the ability to act strategically is a key competence of every top executive.

For several years, osb international has worked on adequate forms of strategic development. We do not consider strategic planning as a separate, expert-oriented process, but rather as an integral part of a company’s management. From our point of view, effective communication and decision processes are as important as the joint efforts of all executives to deal with market development and developments in the environments.

During this research project, we attempt to conceptualize the approach of Systemic Strategic Development and to develop methods for practical use.
