Strategic Challenges for Personnel Management

In the past two years, a group of osb-i consultants cooperated with the University of Witten/Herdecke, dealing with current strategic challenges for personnel management.

By examining existing publications they filtered out important trends in society and the business world. Consequently, they identified the main challenges for personnel management.

Furthermore, the consultants did extensive field research on the restructuring of the personnel sector at VOEST Alpine Steel. The results were summarized in an article.
