It is important to us that our work be based on scientific fact. Our research activities, like our consulting activities, are consequently geared to the core of corporate challenges.

Internal resources are put into a future fund, allowing us to conduct research that is relevant for our customers as well as necessary to develop adequate products and services. We like to claim that we function as a "hinge" between the production of scientific expertise and current organizational practice.

Some of our research partners are: Private University of Witten/Herdecke (including a chair for guidance and organization), St. Gallen University and Donau-University Krems.
