The Company

osb international Consulting AG is one of the leading systemic consultancies in the German-speaking world. It was founded in early 2002 with the merger of osb, Gesellschaft für Systemische Organisationsberatung (Vienna) and kdw Management Consulting GmbH (Tuebingen). In early 2007, kbp Organisationsberatung GmbH joined under the name of osb Hamburg, thus adding a business location in northern Germany.

Our consulting services are based on more than 20 years expertise in all relevant issues. Our core team consists of 28 consultants supplemented by national and international networks of cooperation partners. This allows us to support our clients in all the major issues which companies have to deal with if they want to remain successful in the long term in the face of increasing globalization, accelerating business dynamics, and ever tougher competition.

Our clientele includes multinationals as well as small to medium-sized enterprises and non-profit organizations.

The range of business sectors we serve encompasses everything from the automotive and aviation industries, mechanical engineering, logistics, telecommunications and media to the energy industry, the chemical industry, financial services and retail. We also have public-sector clients and NGOs on our books.
