IT Service Management Forum itSMF

Founded in England in 1991, the Information Technology Service Management Forum (itSMF) is the only independent and internationally recognized organization for IT service management in the world. itSMF Deutschland e.V. provides a knowledge and experience exchange platform for individuals, companies, manufacturers and societies in Germany.

The aims of the association mainly include improving and developing the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) de facto standards to enable companies to apply and implement professional IT service management.

Within the context of our projects, we continue to come up against implementation issues that make the itSMF exchange stimulating.
