  • Since 2003, commissioned lecturer for change management and intercultural management at Danube University Krems
  • Group dynamics and organizational development at the Austrian Society for Group Dynamics and Organizational Consulting (ÖGGO)
  • Training in the areas of intercultural competence (Milton Bennett, Peter Cohen), systemic organizational consulting, and gender mainstreaming
  • Several years of experience abroad in East Africa and the USA
