Self-perception: Reflective practitioner! In consultancy projects I quickly get involved giving my clients an insight into the way I work, with the type of questions I ask, where I look and how I invite my clients to view the issues facing them. This helps create the basis of trust required to work together in the consulting process as does the way in which I unravel problems, how I enable the problems to be broached and work with my clients on finding the most varied solutions – beyond their usual way of thinking and preferences.

My goal: To make problem-solving and decision-making potential usable. I have a constant desire to experiment and I enjoy putting myself and those around me to the test. As a consultant, I see my job as supporting clients in using their own problem-solving and decision-making potential. This involves being able to discuss things that I observe and which bother me in a manner as authentic, open and direct as possible.
