My aim: To create value. It’s not so much the individual issues that interest me as the question of whether and how our work as consultants creates long-term a benefit for our clients. I would not want to succumb to the latest trend pursuing this theory or that management and organizational concept just because they are currently fashionable. More and more companies and managers are having to deal with irresolvable conflicts: Globalization, customer orientation, cost cutting and joint ventures. In my opinion, patent remedies are not the answer. And therein lies my challenge!
