Systemic: I approach the challenge of systemic organizational development from the perspective of strategic development. From this perspective the goal of systemic organizational development is basically to enable organizations and executive systems to cope with uncertainties. This ability to confront the future is an achievement of the system that is supported by several members of this system.
Current positions and responsibilities
- Managing director of osb Wien Consulting GmbH; board member and partner at osb international Consulting AG
- Consultant with a specialization in strategic management and management team support during projects of change
Recent consulting activities
- Consulting for companies, business segments, and functional areas with regard to their strategic repositioning
- Providing support during strategy implementation
- Providing support in organization development projects
- Teaching at company training programs, the Management Center Witten (MZW), and the Hernstein Management Institute with a thematic focus on strategy, organizational architecture, and change management
- Training of internal and external consultants

Writing: In the last two years I dealt with this issue in my book "Systemic Strategic Development", which I co-authored with Rudi Wimmer. During this time I realized that I like writing. For me, it is about laying foundations for my know-how and about conceptualizing of what I do. This adds additional substance to my daily work.
