Language: First contact with a new client – will we succeed in understanding each other and develop a common language? These first moments represent a very intensive process, where our ability to work together is a special goal and a seismograph for subsequent cooperation – it is at the same time important to keep a constructive distance.

  • Providing support during mergers in the public sector, among other things, teambuilding workshops in management teams and consulting for sub-projects
  • Implementation of MBO systems in teams (TeamCard)
  • Conceptual design and implementation of various training programs for executive development
  • Development and implementation of annual performance reviews
  • Providing advanced training and coaching to internal process consultants and project managers
  • Facilitation of workshops and conferences on teambuilding, strategic development, and project development

Curiosity: Curiosity is the initial impulse for action – and it is action that facilitates change. This is especially important for learning structures where I try to give time and space for discovering something new. As a trainer I often see that personnel development is facilitated by internal issues and not only by modern methods of training.
