Systemic: To me systemic management means accepting that organizations have their own dynamic that cannot be controlled. Manager cannot therefore plan decisions and be aware of their outcome; they must cope with complexity and therefore require teamwork in the management circle. The competition and loneliness experienced by many managers often mean lost potential for an organization.
