Internationalization: For at least ten years I have been concerned with how organizations handle the challenge of increasing internationalization – both in research and in consulting and training.

- Providing support in the development of international and intercultural competence in companies; improving international cooperation in multinational teams, departments, and business processes (in German, English, and French)
- Executive development, intercultural competence and people skills; self-management and self-coaching, international leadership programs
- Consulting during the implementation of coaching processes in organizations, train-the-trainer courses for coaching skills, executive coaching
- Numerous publications in the area of international management
Systemically: For me, systemic means to look at structure, process and dynamics in the workplace and in organisations, as I assume these all have substantial influence on behavior.
