Persistence: For me, the television character Inspector Columbo is the personification of persistence. He is constantly searching and trying to understand how a system works, trying to understand what makes people behave in certain ways, insistently pursuing.

Current positions and responsibilities

  • Managing director and partner of osb Wien Consulting GmbH
  • Systemic organizational consultant and trainer

Recent consulting activities

  • Training in the areas of communication, reasoning, conflict management, and negotiating
  • Conceptual design and implementation of training programs for executives (Leadership in the Learning Organization, Leadership Dialogue, Hernstein “Basics of Management”)
  • Teambuilding and research on the topic of “Team Learning – The Development of Collective Intelligence”
  • Team coaching
  • Sales: conceptual design and implementation of a “sales dialogue,” consulting on distribution structure and sales approach

Capacity for enthusiasm: For me, my work is more than just a means to pay the bills. I want to follow my interests, develop passion. This capacity for enthusiasm is a strength because it allows me to mobilize a great amount of energy. Persistence can also be a drawback, though, because it is more difficult to not let failures get you down.
